Flooding in downstate Illinois

Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn has activated the National Guard to help with flooding in southern Illinois. Heavy rains have caused the Mississippi River to rise 12 feet above flood stage. Here are images of the flooded areas downstate. Watch a video about one of the downstate flood victims here.
