March 2009: Wild weather
March weather is supposed to come in like a lion and go out like a lamb, according to age-old wisdom. But March 2009 in Chicago came in like a lion and is leaving us in the same way. The month started with massive flooding in the area, and is coming to a conclusion with a late winter snow storm which blanketed Chicagoland on Sunday, March 29.
